I bought this outdoor cable on two occasions for two projects around the home. I used it for networking my home theater; sometime it is easier to run cable outside if you don't have attack or basement access.

Had to run Ethernet cable along an outside wall and through the basement, had no other way to hook up my second wifi router. It worked fine.Don't know how long it will last, but seems rugged enough.

Its tough, its reliable, its rugged. Its an Ethernet cable you can lay onto the bottom of the ocean! Its also quite rigid due to the weatherproofing so don't expect it to be as floppy as standard cables. Other than that its a solid, high quality, product! Enjoy!

Nice heavy duty cable. Seems to be performing flawlessly. Withstood a tuff installation snaking it all around the house.
I haven't pushed it to max thruput yet though.
