5Great cables, great price!  Jan 25, 2010 By D.L. Godwin "archipelago traveler"
In the old days, when I was an IT admin, I had these cables assembled for me. In the years since, not wanting to do it myself (yeah, I bought the crimping tool, but it's trickier than it appears), I started buying cables that were pre-made. Like a moron, I was buying them at Big Electronic Stores (like ones with big blue and yellow signs) and paying equally BIG prices ($37 for a 50' cable). Then I discovered BluCables. Ahh. One of life's little blessings. At a fraction of the Big Store price, they perform just as well. No trouble, no issues of any kind. These are my ethernet cables from now on. I still visit the Big Electronic Store, but only to ogle the big-screen TVs.

5Just what I needed...after the cats chewed up the old one  Oct 20, 2009 By Gayle J. Bannister "music lover"
My cats had chewed up my old cable, so I was looking for a replacement. I heard they ran about $25.00 and wasn't ready to spend that much yet. I went on Amazon and found exactly what I was looking for. I needed a cable that ran from my son's room to my room and it had to be white, to match the base boards. I found one that was perfect; the right price (under $7.00), the right length (over 25 ft) and the right color (white). My internet had been down for a week at the point I received it, but took less than five minutes to get it back up. Great cable, did the job.

550ft White Cable  Jul 19, 2011 By Mario
I got this cable to hook up my desktop to my router, which is across my apartment. The white color blended in perfectly with the walls, so I didn't really have to hide any cable while stringing it across the room. It works well.

I did have a bit of a snafu with the shipping of this item, though. Apparently DHL lost it in their facility in Phoenix. Luckily, the seller promptly fixed the problem and had DHL put it in the mail to actually get it to my place. So it took a little longer than it should have, but good customer service made up for this.

1Cheap, but low quality  Feb 23, 2011 By K. ONeill
This is definitely a "you get what you pay for" review. Very cheap, but also cheaply constructed. The input is made in a way that is completely inflexible, which means that it's fine if you are using it to make a permanent connection. But, if you're using it with a laptop, after connecting and disconnecting once or twice it won't hold the connection anymore.

3LAN Ethernet cable  Jan 23, 2011 By Gerald Dempsey
Cable is fine, but the plastic covers for the connectors make it difficult to squeeze the clips to remove and insert them as easily as you could do it without them being so covered.
