works!!!! Mar 05, 2010 Look I got this cause I aways buy 3rd party when I can. save money is what we are all try to do. now as far as it working I am very happy with this cable work grate with my plasma. so if your looking to save then buy, if you really don't care then go on and buy the MS cable.
picture ok, noticable ghosting Jan 27, 2010 didn't really like this cable, just wanted a cheap one so i could have my xbox in my room. however now, the microsoft cable is about $20 on amazon. so ill be getting that.. this cable had very noticeable ghosting.. the picture overall was good, but apparently the company that makes these doesn't have very good quality control, seeing the mixed reviews people are giving.. i'll be getting the legit microsoft cable.

Ghosting and graininess Dec 18, 2009 I ordered this cable, hoping that it would be sufficient for my 22" monitor. I'm not a HD fanatic, but even for me, the picture that comes through from this cable is pretty poor.
There is some significant ghosting at any resolution higher than 640x480, and the entire screen is slightly grainy... like a poorly adjusted tv antenna. It's tolerable, I suppose, but definitely less than I expected.
Unfortunately, I'd have to suggest anybody interested in connecting to a monitor own up and buy the overpriced Microsoft cable. I think the difference is worth $30.
works great Nov 10, 2009 nothing wrong with these cords audio and video is perfect easy to connect buy these because they cost so much less then the microsoft one !! thumbs up"
Ghosting and occaisional purple hue... Oct 02, 2009 The cable works, indeed, but ghosting was very noticeable, and for some reason the screen will often times have a purple hue, it just comes and goes though. The ghosting and purple hue are definitely due to the poor quality of the cable, my friend's $40 Microsoft cable had a perfect, clear and sharp image, and there wasn't any purple to be seen. I'm not saying to go buy the expensive Micro$oft cable, but spend just a bit more money to get something a bit better quality.
